The difference is capacity and footprint: the T11 is the narrowest option for extremely tight aisles, the T8 is the compact all-rounder for narrow spaces, the T10 adds a large screen for promotion and sampling, and the T9 maximises capacity for high-volume operations.

Both are compact tray robots, but the T11 is the narrowest option in the Keenon family, aimed at extremely tight aisles. If your dining room has a minimum passage of 55 cm or more, the T8 may also be a good fit; we help you choose after measuring.

Does it replace the waiting staff?
No. The T11 absorbs the repeated tray routes — delivery and collection — so the team can stay with guests. Service, recommendations and exceptions remain with your people.

The robot detects obstacles and navigates safely around them or waits until the route is clear, without interrupting the dining-room flow.
